Shithosery , not worth the money

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, even though we’re sorry to learn that your stay did not meet your expectations.

Regarding towels, as a hostel, we keep our room rates as affordable as possible by offering certain optional services separately. Guests are welcome to bring their own towel or rent one at reception if needed.

We also understand that the lack of air conditioning may have affected your comfort. As clearly stated on our website and booking platforms, our hostel is not equipped with AC. During warmer periods, we offer individual fans at reception against a refundable deposit to help make guests more comfortable.

We are particularly sorry to read your comments about cleanliness. Our housekeeping team cleans the shared bathrooms several times a day and the rooms daily, but we recognize that shared facilities can quickly become untidy depending on how guests use them between cleaning rounds. We have shared your feedback with our team so they can pay extra attention to these areas.

While we’re disappointed that your experience was not a positive one, we appreciate you taking the time to let us know where you felt we could do better.

Insgesamt sehr gut. Was mir nicht gefiel, war dass zusätzliche Kosten anfielen, um mein Gepäck vor dem Check-in um 15:00 unterzubringen. Auch dass die Staufächer in den Zimmern Hängeschlösser benötigen, die man mitbringen oder kaufen muss, war nicht optimal. Beide Punkte hätten auch vor der Buchung bekanntgegeben sein müssen.

Man fühlt sich sehr willkommen. Einziger Abzug war, dass auf 2 Bereichen die Duschen und Toiletten außer Betrieb waren.

Lieu très jolie et agréable mais juste horrible avec les fortes chaleurs et rien mis en place pour le confort durant la canicule. Pas de ventilateur disponible !

Très satisfaisant ! Le bon emplacement de mon lit (vers la fenêtre, lit du bas et sans vis-à-vis par rapport aux autres lits) a contribué au fait que mon séjour a été très agréable !
