no air conditioning makes it impossibe to stay there. i booked it for 3 night. I could;nt sleep at all and . people came in at 4am and made noise and woke people up. I left in the am as soon as I could.

We are very sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations and that you decided to leave earlier than planned.
We understand that the lack of air conditioning can be uncomfortable during warmer periods. However, we would like to mention that the absence of AC is clearly indicated on our website and on our partner booking platforms. To help guests stay comfortable, we offer individual fans at reception upon a refundable deposit and recommend keeping the shutters closed during the day and ventilating the rooms at night whenever possible.
We are also sorry that the noise from other guests disturbed your sleep. Unfortunately, shared dormitories bring together travelers with different schedules, and while we encourage everyone to respect quiet hours, we cannot completely prevent late arrivals or inconsiderate behavior.
