Very nice!! The stuff was friendly, the room and the bath were clean, it is great that there is the opportunity to cook something,
Only the room was very hot in the night, although it had "only" max. 32 degrees outside this day
All in all, it was a nice stay and I would come again of course (wonderful city btw...)

Très chouette séjour à SLO les pentes! Le personnel est aimable, les chambres en dortoire sont spacieuses, les sanitaires sont bien, l'emplacement est très centré et pratique dans la ville bien que très bruyant la nuit (claxon et gros buits jusqu'à 4h du matin) mais ok avec des bouchons d'oreilles. Aussi la cuisine est spartiate et souvant sale, mais fonctionnelle. Globalement très bien!

Was alright but it was very hot at all areas the kitchen was quite a mess and wasn’t very equipped and the showers had mold. But overall nice place and great location.

I am not suremı think ı bought as a online lock and towel but still they sell me lock and towel so ı paid 2 times for lock and for towel. I can see it in my bank account

We have carefully checked your booking and your invoice, and we can confirm that you were charged only once for the towel and the padlock.

Your invoice clearly shows:

* €25 for the bed
* €3.50 for the towel
* €6 for the padlock

This makes a total of €34.50, with €9.50 in extras.

There is no second charge for either the towel or the padlock on the invoice. If you believe that your bank account shows a duplicate payment, we would be happy to check it with you if you provide us with the corresponding transaction or bank statement.

We can also provide you with a copy of your invoice if needed.

We always take payment-related issues seriously, so we would prefer to clarify the situation based on the actual transactions rather than leave an incorrect impression.

soggiorno positivo, tranquillo
la camera e le aree comuni erano molto pulite e la reception pronta a rispondere a ogni esigenza!
