Hostel is fine. A bit more amenities in the room would be helpful. Only furniture in 6x room apart of bunk beds were 4 x hangers. Not even enough for a number of occupants. Is it over the budget to place another 2 hangers?

Thank you for your feedback and your sense of observation regarding our famous disappearing hangers!

You are absolutely right that 4 hangers in a 6-bed dorm can feel a little light. The good news is that guests can always ask the reception team for extra hangers , we usually have more available… when they haven’t mysteriously vanished from the rooms first!

More seriously, we also wanted to let you know that renovation and improvement works are planned throughout the year in order to make our dorms more comfortable and enjoyable for our guests.

We hope to welcome you again soon to discover the improvements (and maybe a few more hangers too!).

We nice time. Great location and clean. I'm only dispointed that logage room takes money. Other hostels it free and I payed 8 euro I total

Tevreden met ons verblijf.

Hartelijk dank dat u de tijd heeft genomen om uw feedback te delen.

We zijn blij te horen dat u over het algemeen tevreden was met uw verblijf en we waarderen uw voortdurende vertrouwen.

We vinden het echter jammer dat de hygiëne van de douches niet aan uw verwachtingen voldeed, met name wat betreft de aanwezigheid van schimmel. Uw opmerking is doorgestuurd naar ons schoonmaakteam, zodat zij dit probleem kunnen aanpakken. We hechten veel waarde aan de netheid en het comfort van onze gemeenschappelijke ruimtes en bieden onze excuses aan voor het eventuele ongemak dat dit heeft veroorzaakt.

Wat betreft uw opmerking over de receptie, we zijn oprecht verrast, aangezien we doorgaans zeer positieve feedback ontvangen over de vriendelijkheid en behulpzaamheid van ons receptieteam. Desondanks zullen we uw opmerking in overweging nemen, zodat we de ervaring die we onze gasten bieden, kunnen blijven verbeteren.

La limpieza en la duchas y los baños no fue buena, cada vez que iba alli estaban sucios. La habitación muy bien, limpia, camas cómodas y tranquilo
