Honnêtement la meilleure auberge de jeunesse dans laquelle j'ai eu l'occasion de séjourner. J'ai trouvé les prix abordables, le fonctionnement global très efficace, l'ambiance chaleureuse. Le lieu est très bien placé dans la ville et d'une propreté impeccable, les espaces sont correctement chauffés et l'eau sanitaire également. La literie est de bonne qualité, les chambres sont spacieuses, bien organisées et fonctionnelles. L'équipe est vraiment top, bienveillante, souriante, dévouée. Je recommande à 100%.

As a basic hostel experience, SLO is very good. If marketing as a more 'boutique" hostel, overall cleanliness needs improving and the breakfast options need to reflect more diversity of dietary requirements.

We sincerely apologize for the cleanliness issues you encountered. While our housekeeping team cleans rooms and shared areas regularly, your comments regarding the stained mattress and the presence of mould in the showers clearly indicate that a deeper level of cleaning is needed. We fully acknowledge this and have already planned deep cleaning measures, as well as improvements to the bathrooms.

Regarding breakfast, thank you for your thoughtful suggestions. We regret that our current offering did not sufficiently meet vegan dietary needs. Your recommendations are very helpful and will be taken into consideration as we review and diversify our breakfast selection.

Everything was wonderful at this hotel, from the reception. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. However, the lack of curtains on the bed meant there was no privacy or light blocking out. Despite this, it was a great hotel.

Très bien pour une nuit, la chambre était très calme
