We travelled from South Africa and found the staff friendly and helpful, despite the language barrier. Savo, who worked at the American Bar while we were there was a most excellent barmen and a great representation of your hotel.

Fantastic staff and a free upgrade which helps ;)
enjoyed everything.
if i had to complain i would say the breakfast could have been better but not to the point where we could not find something to eat

Bien mais nous avons attendu longtemps avant que l on nous donne notre chambre ce qui est dommage. Les coktails à l hôtel sont vraiment excessifs.

Bardzo przyjemny hotel, dostaliśmy pokoj na parterze przy basenie, chyba najlepszy jaki mozna było otrzymać. Śniadania smaczne ale troche mały wybór jak dla mnie.

I find charging usage of indoor swimming pool to your own hotel guests unacceptable. Maybe I would come to your hotel out of season again but that expense makes the total cost of stay in your hotel much higher than in other similar hotels. And it's not just about money. It also gives bad impression to your guests. Find some other solution.
