Mi è stato aggiunto un servizio in camera, MAI chiesto! Al ristorante si cambiava il prezzo dei piatti a seconda del vostro piacere senza nemmeno tenere conto di un LISTINO PREZZI! Ridicoli!

The hotel's adress was wrong, in our voucher it was Catania instead of ACI Castelo, and a street with the same name exists in Catania too. Following the GPS, we've lost more than one hour to find the hotel.

Struttura alberghiera molto confortevole. Personale molto gentile e accogliente. Ci tornerò sicuramente magari per un viaggio di piacere per poter usufruire anche degli ulteriori servizi quali piscina e centro benessere.

the staff was overall outstanding. we had some particular problems with our children that they were extremely disponsible to help us with. Friendly, pleasant and always helpful - thank you very, very much! The facilities were excellent and the housekeeping was 'first class.'
