We are in the process of upgrading our rooms, including new furniture, to ensure a more comfortable experience for our guests.
We understand that the current state of the room did not meet your expectations, and we regret that this impacted your stay.
Regarding the towels, our policy is to change them when they are left on the floor, as part of our efforts to be environmentally conscious. However, we apologize if there was any oversight or if you did not receive fresh towels on the days you needed them.
