Hotel komplett sanierungs/ renovierungsbedürftig. Service und Verpflegung sollten dringend überarbeitet werden. In diesem Zustand nicht empfehlenswert.

Please be assured that your remarks have been forwarded to our housekeeping and maintenance teams for immediate inspection and corrective action. The issue with the drain odor and the rattling heating system will also be thoroughly checked, as these do not reflect our usual standards.
We are equally sorry for the inconvenience caused by the coffee machine. Although our team made several attempts to resolve the issue, we understand how frustrating this must have been and we apologize for not being able to provide a fully satisfactory solution during your stay.
