First and foremost, it brought us joy to hear our hotel could exceed your expectations in terms of service, and we are reassured to know our breakfast options could make a proper impression. On the other hand, We regret to learn that the cleanliness of your room did not meet your expectations, particularly with regard to the curtains and walls. Please allow us to clarify that, during your stay, our standard procedure is to change the linen in your room every three days and replace towels that are placed on the floor, in line with our commitment to environmental sustainability.

We are also pleased to share that our hotel has recently undergone a significant renovation, including refurbishments, repainting, and other enhancements, to elevate the overall Guest experience. Our Team truly hopes You will choose to stay with us again to experience these improvements firsthand.
