I never got what I paid for. I am very unhappy and I definitely regret choosing your hotel. I think you should quit the hotel business and do other things.

In termini di convenienza e posizione strategica direi soddisfacente. Purtroppo la zona non è delle migliori, la stanza nonostante fosse ampia era troppo calda da dover lasciare sempre la finestra aperta. La colazione era mediocremente varia e la qualità del cibo scadente

Great but, even it was October, the room was cold and the heating off. I asked for extra blanket the second night.
