All the thing that you offering are excellent: Location is good very near of the Train station, room good the bed could be better but is ok, breakfast is excellent and all the thing that could be select, Internet good, Price are very very good.
The only details if for the reception, is very peculiar there is in the 5th floor, but everything is ok.

Really good. The front staff was really helpful and speak english.

The guys on the front desk were verry helpfull. It was our first time in Budapest, and they gave us a ton of informations.

For sure , I would not choose this hotel if I knew that instead of lift, I have to use stairs to go to my room... with my bad knees, it was comleacated, I told about that , but nobody gave me different room.
