Teljesen jó volt minden, a recepciós srác külön szót érdemel. Dicsérő szót!:)

Nagyon szépen köszönjük kedves visszajelzését és hogy megosztotta velünk tapasztalatait.

Örömmel olvastuk, hogy mindennel elégedettek voltak a tartózkodásuk során, és külön köszönjük a recepción dolgozó kollégánknak szóló dicsérő szavakat is. Munkatársaink számára mindig nagy öröm az ilyen pozitív visszajelzés.

Köszönjük továbbá az észrevételét a csomagolt reggelivel kapcsolatban is. Nagyon jó ötletnek tartjuk, hogy a szendvics mellé egy kis friss zöldség vagy akár egy kávé is kerüljön a csomagba a korán induló vendégeink számára. Az ilyen építő jellegű javaslatok sokat segítenek szolgáltatásaink fejlesztésében.

Külön öröm számunkra, hogy értékelték a gondosan összeállított reggelicsomagot, valamint az apró figyelmességeket is.

Szeretettel várjuk vissza Önöket a jövőben is!

Great location, room was a bit small for a double but it was perfect to sleep as stay was to explore the city

Antrą kartą tikėtina nesirinkčiau šio viešbučio. Jei būtų geresni pusryčiai, galėtų kompensuoti kitus trūkumus.

A hotel jó helyen van, jó közlekedési kapcsolatokkal, a közös helyiségek rendezettek (leszámítva, hogy a hatodikon napokig le volt bontva az álmennyezet a hátsó folyosón), tiszták, a személyzet udvarias és segítőkész, bármikor tudtunk hozzájuk fordulni. A reggeli is rendben volt, szokásos svéd asztalos ellátás, plusz pont, hogy a péksüteményeket helyben sütik, így azok mindig frissek.

Örülünk, hogy elégedett volt szállodánk elhelyezkedésével, a közlekedési lehetőségekkel, személyzetünkkel és a reggelivel, valamint annak , hogy külön értékelte a helyben sütött péksüteményeket.

Sajnáljuk, hogy a szoba mérete nem felelt meg az elvárásainak. Amennyiben ezt tartózkodása alatt jelzi recepciónkon, ha foglaltság lehetővé teszi, akkor biztosítottunk volna egy másik szobát.

Friendly staff and a nice room. Very pleasant atmosphere. If the door closers could just be adjusted so that the doors outside don’t slam at night and make you jump out of bed, then the hotel would be highly recommended!

Средне.Не понравилось то что при заселении был мусор за дверью в ванной комнате и был волос под простынью на матрасе
