Central location very close to metro and train station but reception is on 5th floor that confusing at the beginning

Liked the location and the staff. Disappointed in no air conditioning, especially after we switched rooms and had no window. Also, no hot water on Saturday morning.

Többször aludtunk ott,,néha a vendégek viselkedésével van gondunk.Hangosak éjjel,cigiznek a folyosón éjjel kettőkor például.Ez nem az Őn hibajuk, de a házi rendet jobban be kene tartatni,ha fegyelmezetlen vendégek vannak.

Very good! This was my first time in Budapest, and I came here with my friend Kenny Mueller who always stays at the Baross Hotel. I am glad that I stayed at the hotel!!
