Das Hotel war schön ruhig und sauber und ist daher zu empfehlen. Nicht so schön waren die dünnen Wände (mein Zimmernachbar hat laut und mithörbar Selbstgespräche geführt).

Je dirais que je ne reviendrais pas dans cet hôtel malgré que la personne de l’accueil est très aimable pour moi c’est très cher pour un 3 étoile qui ne les reflète pas surtout au niveau de l’hygiène et de la bruissante sonore

Hotel komplett sanierungs/ renovierungsbedürftig. Service und Verpflegung sollten dringend überarbeitet werden. In diesem Zustand nicht empfehlenswert.

Cleanliness is one of our top priorities, therefore we are especially concerned to hear your comments regarding the condition of the floor and the bathroom. Please be assured that your remarks have been forwarded to our housekeeping and maintenance teams for immediate inspection and corrective action. The issue with the drain odor and the rattling heating system will also be thoroughly checked, as these do not reflect our usual standards.

We are equally sorry for the inconvenience caused by the coffee machine. Although our team made several attempts to resolve the issue, we understand how frustrating this must have been and we apologize for not being able to provide a fully satisfactory solution during your stay.

Regarding the breakfast selection, we appreciate your honest feedback. Your comments about the quality of certain items have been shared with our kitchen team for review and improvement.

Guest feedback is extremely valuable to us, as it helps us identify areas where we need to improve.
