Great but, even it was October, the room was cold and the heating off. I asked for extra blanket the second night.

Örömmel olvassuk visszajelzését, mely szerint rövidebb tartózkodására teljes mértékben megfeleltünk, és megnyugtat bennünket, hogy a reggeli kínálata, a Személyzet hozzáállása és a szoba tisztasága is elnyerte tetszését.

A szallodat a palyaudvar kozelsege miatt valasztottuk. Erkezesunkkor 10 orakor el tudtauk helyezni a csomagunkat, igy elertuk a 11 oras programunkat kenyelmesen. A recepcios fiatalember udvariasan, szakmai profizmussal intezte a bejelentkezest, minden fontos informacioval ellatott bennunket. A szoba elhelyezkedese az elozetes keresemnek megfelelo volt, koszonom. Valoban nem hallatszott fel az utcai zaj, viszont a szomszed szobakbol nagyon athallatszik a furdoszobahasznalat, ez zavaro. A szoba egyebkent kellemes, az agy kenyelmes, ropogo agynemu, a furdoszoba is ragyogoan tiszta.

Örömünkre szolgál, hogy már érkezéskor kényelmesen el tudták helyezni csomagjaikat, így gond nélkül elérték programjukat, valamint hogy Recepciós kollégánk udvarias és professzionális segítsége megfelelő benyomást keltett. Külön köszönjük visszajelzését a szoba tisztaságáról és a kényelmes ágyakról, jó érzés tudni, hogy elhelyezésükkel elégedettek voltak.

Sajnáljuk, hogy a szomszédos szobákból zaj szűrődött át, észrevételei mindig fontosak számunkra, hiszen ezek segítenek abban, hogy még jobbá tegyük szolgáltatásainkat.
