Eine wirklich coole, moderne Unterkunft mit historischen Reminiszenzen, einem beeindruckenden Innenhof; das Personal sehr nett und zugewandt und es gab außer der Reihe auch mal einen Espresso... die Lage mit dem Gesicht zum Stadtzentrum, dem Rücken zum Bahnhof Keleti, um die Heimreise anzutreten, bequem nach dem Frühstück (sofern die Züge dann auch einigermaßen pünktlich fahren, aber das ist ein andderes Thema), ist unschlagbar...

We are pleased to hear that you found the room spacious and well equipped. At the same time, we sincerely apologize for the condition of the bathroom fixtures. The issues you described regarding the sink and the bathtub are certainly not acceptable, and we have forwarded this matter to our maintenance team for immediate inspection and repair.

We are also very sorry for the shortcomings in housekeeping you experienced. The untouched entrance area, unrinsed glasses, and the unmade bed clearly do not meet our standards.
Please accept our apologies for this lapse, which has been discussed with the housekeeping team to ensure it is not going to happen in the future.

Thank you as well for your constructive suggestions at breakfast. Your remarks have been shared with the relevant department and will be taken into consideration as we continue to enhance our breakfast offerings.

Clean, warm (January visit) and comfortable beds. Breakfast had lots of options to cater for different preferences and location is great.
