Bad experience, I expected more from this hotel. You must go through the terrace to access you room, the terrace is narrow, has a downward slope and it's pretty high (my room was on the 3rd floor) so you have a feeling that terrace can crush every moment. Heating is not working on cold days, you must call reception to fix this, and next day it's not working again. No space for all guests in the dining room, the room can receive 20-30 people only, the rest of the people who paid breakfast must be in the reception room and wait in the row - looking to the dining room who is finished with breakfast, the people then getting angry and nervous.
