Disappointed that we paid so much given the quality of the apartment.
Check in was ok- but when we asked if we could get into our room earlier as our daughter was sick, the receptionist didn’t even check anything. Check in was 2 & there was nothing happening sooner. We understand that if the room had been used, it would need cleaning & maybe couldn’t have been earlier- but not any friendly communication from receptionist. Didn’t seem very happy- maybe a bad day for her, but when you’re in customer service, need to be nice.
