I have expected more service and a much better room. In total the Price for the room was much too high

Shame not a lift to the sixth floor,and no view,be over all a lovely stay and would go back again.

Good location close to the Kentali railwaystation. Metro line outside the entrance. Many good restaurants in the vinicity

Al Hotel ninguna observación, pero este debería reclamar al sistema de Taxi , cuando uno lo toma en la calle , que deben cobrar lo que cuando uno lo contrata via hotel. Vivi malas experiencias con Taxi que exigen hasta el triple del valor real, deben usar un programa de cobro fuera debla ley. esto atenta contra el turismo y sus beneficios a la ciudad.

Good overall. We had several rooms and some had issues with the air-conditioning that was not resolved. To American guests, this a a huge big deal so should be addressed immediately and it was not.
