the building is beautiful but the rest could really be improved as we couldn't sleep well (sad for an hotel) because of the light and the noise

Впечатление приятное.
Портит настроение лестница, если турист приехал с тяжелыми чемоданами. Хотелось бы наличие лифта не только до 5 этажа, но и к номерам, расположенным выше.
И еще! Одеяла очень узкие!!!!!
Как для ребенка. Взрослому не накрыться качественно, не закутаться. Смените одеяла!
И будет все прекрасно!
