Very friendly staff, however the room was quite small. The fridge didn't work and TV had a child lock on so couldn't use. My sister's room had a very smelly radiator (although her room was much bigger than ours)

Very good hotel, clean, staff friendly, good breakfast. Located near the Budapest Keleti railway station, it is also closed to the center of the city (at walking distance, but you can take the metro). When I stopped in Budapest I almost always stay at this hotel.
