Overall a very good experience. The hotel is clean, friendly and helpful staff at reception, spacious room. Extremely convenient for Keleti railway station.

Please allow us to clarify that your reservation was made with a non-refundable policy, which means cancellation or refund is not permitted.
Despite this, as a gesture of goodwill, we offered you the possibility to modify the dates of your stay, given that we still had availability.

Unfortunately, the new dates you requested did not match the availability of the originally booked room type, and therefore we could not confirm the change.

We understand that travel plans may change unexpectedly, and we always do our best to assist within the limits of the booking conditions.

The first time to Budapest, the hotel location is convenient, and the hotel room is quite clean, breakfast is good, all staff there are helpful and friendly. Overall, thank you for bring us the perfect experience.

The breakfast was excellent in all aspects

The cooling system was disconnected and we were told that it is hotal policy.
It was very hot and because the cooling system was disconnected due to hotal policy, we had to open windows which enable flying insects to get into the room, and it was much too noisy outside, so it was hard to get a sleep.
We were at the sixth floor so the windows faced the roof were workers did thier maintenance work and it is really violated our privacy - when you get out from bathroom you don't expect to be watched at the sixth floor.
All this inconvenience would be avoided if the cooling system would work and we could close the windows.

Furthermore, we sincerely apologize for the noise and privacy concerns You experienced.
