We had a wrong room type booked (reservation made via booking.com), but fortunately, the problem was solved quickly by friendly staff.
The location is excellent, we had a nice stay there with two kids.

Very good hotel , very helpful staff , excellent location behind metro station 50 m only , near restaurants and super market, But small size room , very good value for your money.

Sorry, but I really did not like staying at your hotel, despite the fact that I'm quite undemanding. I first got such a negative experience.

Very good location, easy to approach. The rooms are very tasteful and stylish, enough big and very comfortable. The value is equal to the price.

It is the third time for me at this hotel, but this time I had a very poor room, no natural light, very small . The reservation was made in February for April, so there was no excuse that the hotel is full. That room, 408,is not acceptable if not as last minute solution. Anyway, I was very disappointed.
