It was a nice experience and the building is very central. The only inconveniences we had were:
- breakfast room, too crowded - perhaps some measures can be taken;
- the airport transfer, we were asked to pay it in cash and this was not announced before;

It was a very lovely hotel and the location was absolutly perfect.
We liked our stay in Budapest, and the staff was very kind and would help you all times.

It was a great beginning of the journey from Budapest with staying the Baross Hotel! The atmosphere of the entrance that never let us feel the noisy outside and the view from the room provided us the great time.

Good location, very small room with uncomfortable beds, mishandle breakfast.

Location is good, staffs are helpful. But room cleaning needs to be improved. There’s no hot water at night around ten o’clock.

Showers are clogged and spray the water all over except to the body area you want to wash. Hot water is so insufficient that you can take a bath, better keep a towel handy to remove soap from the body. Cup was broken. Outer gates lock has some problem, it does not unlock easily.
So there are a lot of things that need to be fixed.
