Not very good. The noise at night is unbearable, especially between 4 and 4 AM. These are not always the guests, you have something on the first floor. In addition, the noise insulation in your hotel is almost zero.

Entrance difficult to find when first arriving. Handyman removed from room without lettiing us know or asking.
Disturbance from youngsters next door and corridor.

The weather was very bad while I was visiting Budapest and this had a huge factor in my stay. Maybe a visit later in the year might be a better option. I was there in March.

I have impaired mobility and contacted the hotel about accessibility and the response was perfect. Our room, which was amazing, was close to lifts, reception and dining room. Each time we were going in and out we were met with friendly staff - everything about the holiday was perfect. I couldn't believe how good everything was for the price we paix

Staff was great and I have no complaints. I would stay there again and reccommend it
