I was very satisfied with everything and my thanks to the young nice lady at the reception, the guy who supports the brazilian team Gremio and also Peter from the management who helped me solve an emergency problem with the lock of my luggage.

Really terrible... the surroundings were way too noisy for sleep. I could hear people talking at the reception and in the rooms nearby...

I did not like our room on the second floor, much better than the fifth. I did not like that you tried to take the privilege of checking in ahead of time and checking out later ...

Overall it was great. It was big surprise for us that hotel can give a smartphone-guide for free to explore Budapest city.

Very comfortable stay. Anna and Valiant were very helpful. Anna went out of her way in explaining and making recommendations. Will definitely go back.
