We were very happy and delighted by the welcome fizz!
As requested, I took the phone out to use but frankly found it useless. This maybe me as I have an iPhone and have no experience of an android

We were living in an apartment. The rooms are bad looking (burnts from cigarettes on the table), no furniture in the living room. It is very cold in the rooms even when all the windows are closed. The boiler is working so loudly, that in the morning it is not possible to sleep. The smell in the rooms and especially in the bathrooms is terrible. The towels are clean, but also smell very bad. The internet connection is poor, so if you need it for you work, just forget about it. The hotel is located at the 5th floor and have a common balcony at the inner side of the building. It is not convenient and one could say even unsafe when you go through with a big suitcase. In addition, it is very difficult not to miss the right entrance door when you are outside of the building. The location is very good if you are to travel by train as it is just across the street from the Railway Station. I would hardly recommend this hotel to anyone.

I was very satisfied with everything and my thanks to the young nice lady at the reception, the guy who supports the brazilian team Gremio and also Peter from the management who helped me solve an emergency problem with the lock of my luggage.

Really terrible... the surroundings were way too noisy for sleep. I could hear people talking at the reception and in the rooms nearby...
