The problem is the noise. If a person from the room near us talk we can hear every word. From this reason we cannot rest in the night. The wall aren' t fonic isolated.

A szállás, szoba megfelelő, a svédasztalos reggeli bőséges és finom volt, legközelebb is ezt választjuk, ha Bp-re megyünk.

Nagyon esett a színvonal

Köszönjük, hogy a Baross City Hotel***-t választotta, és hogy megosztotta velünk tapasztalatait.

Őszintén sajnáljuk, hogy szállodánk ez alkalommal nem felelt meg az elvárásainak és kellemetlenségek érték Önt. Az elmúlt hónapokban és az elmúlt év során jelentős fejlesztéseket hajtottunk végre, többek között külső-belső felújításokat, a szobák bútorzatának cseréjét, festéseket, valamint a közösségi terek modernizálását a minőségünk drasztikus javítása és Vendégeink elégedettségének növelése érdekében. A klímával és a tisztasággal kapcsolatos visszajelzését feljegyeztük és az említett problémákat kivizsgáltuk annak érdekében, hogy szolgáltatásaink továbbra is a magas minőségi feltételeinket tükrözzék.

A dohányzással kapcsolatos tájékoztatás minden esetben kötelező munkatársaink számára a házirend alapján, ugyanakkor sajnáljuk, ha ez a kiszolgálás nem tükrözte Kollégáink megszokott udvariasságát. Szolgáltatásainkat folyamatosan fejlesztjük, és sajnáljuk, hogy most nem tudtuk megmutatni a vendégközpontúságra törekvő oldalunkat.

Reméljük, hogy a jövőben ismét adni fog nekünk egy esélyt, hogy felülírjuk ezeket a tapasztalatokat kellemes élményekkel.

Your reception staff went above and beyond, excellent service. The only reason I wouldn't give it a 10* rating is that the beds had soft edges and it was easy for an elderly person like me to fall out as I did one night. Soap bars would have been beneficial as it's impossible to shower using a disspence. Sorry I forgot to mention the location was amazing, next to the station, underground , trams anndduses.
