Nagyon jól érzetük magunkat a hotelben. Vízforraló bekészítése a szobákba jó lenne.

Megnyugvással halljuk, hogy hotelünk elnyerte tetszését, és ezen belül a szolgáltatásainkkal kapcsolatban is meg volt elégedve. Örömmel tájékoztatjuk Önt, hogy szállodánk kérés esetén díjmentesen biztosít vízforralót, amelyet a Recepción igényelhet tartózkodása ideje alatt.

A reggeli során biztosított evőeszközökkel kapcsolatos véleményét feljegyeztük, és a jövőben még fokozottabban ügyelni fogunk arra, hogy elegendő kiskanál álljon rendelkezésre.

I did not expect to have such a pleasant place. The entrance was not convincing.

駅からとても近く、どこへ行くにもアクセスがよくて観光がしやすかったです。
朝食も美味しかったです。
チェックインの後も荷物を夜まで預かってくれてとても助かりました。
