Tisztelettel,
Baross City Hotel***

Your reception staff went above and beyond, excellent service. The only reason I wouldn't give it a 10* rating is that the beds had soft edges and it was easy for an elderly person like me to fall out as I did one night. Soap bars would have been beneficial as it's impossible to shower using a disspence. Sorry I forgot to mention the location was amazing, next to the station, underground , trams anndduses.

Dear Valued Guest,

Thank You for choosing Baross City Hotel*** and for taking the time to share your superb and detailed feedback.

We are most certainly happy to hear that our Reception Staff provided You with exceptional service and that our location, right next to the station and public transport, suited your needs perfectly. Your comfort and safety are very important to us, and we regret to hear about the problems which occurred related to the bed edges. We will take your thoughts into consideration to improve future stays, especially for our elderly Guests.

Regarding your suggestion about soap bars, we appreciate your input and please do not hesitate to contact our Reception, as we provide soap bar as an amenity upon request. We also note your comment about breakfast variety and will continue to enhance our offerings.

Thank You again for your recognition and high recommendation of both Baross City Hotel*** and the Mellow Mood Hotels brand. We look forward to welcoming You back soon.

With warm regards,

Tisztelettel,
