For sure , I would not choose this hotel if I knew that instead of lift, I have to use stairs to go to my room... with my bad knees, it was comleacated, I told about that , but nobody gave me different room.

Unfortunately, during your stay, we were fully booked, and we regret that we could not provide you with a room on a lower floor.
