Tökéletes választás volt a szállás!
Tiszta,kényelmes ,klimás szoba és a rendkivül udvarias és segítőkész dolgozók lehetővé tették,hogy kellemesen érezzem magam!
Legközelebb is ott szeretnék megszállni,ha Budapestre utazom!

Járat késés miatt csak pár orát töltöttem ott,de a recepcios nagyon kedves volt,leirta hogy jutok el a hotelhoz bejutést szintén.Szoba tiszta volt mindennel megvoltam elégedve,máskor itt fogok megszállni.

I was very satisfied with my stay. Everyone at the hotel was extremely friendly and helpful to me. The price point was perfect and it is close to all public transportation.

Pleasant location is perfect and room was very nice

At the same time, we are sorry to read that our team did not leave a positive impression on you.
Providing friendly and welcoming service is one of our priorities, and your comments are therefore taken seriously.
However, we would like to kindly note that during the period of your stay our front desk team consisted exclusively of male receptionists, so it is possible that there may have been some misunderstanding regarding the staff members you encountered.

We were also surprised by your remarks about the breakfast area, as our breakfast room underwent a complete renovation approximately one year ago. Nevertheless, guest opinions can differ, and we appreciate you sharing your perspective with us.
