Really good. The front staff was really helpful and speak english.

The guys on the front desk were verry helpfull. It was our first time in Budapest, and they gave us a ton of informations.

For sure , I would not choose this hotel if I knew that instead of lift, I have to use stairs to go to my room... with my bad knees, it was comleacated, I told about that , but nobody gave me different room.
