10/10 – Sehr empfehlenswert!
Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt im Baross City Hotel sehr zufrieden. Das Hotel hat eine ausgezeichnete Lage, nur wenige Gehminuten vom Keleti-Bahnhof entfernt, wodurch die Anreise sehr bequem ist. Auch das Stadtzentrum und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind schnell und einfach erreichbar.
Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Zimmer sauber und komfortabel. Das Frühstück war gut und bot eine ausreichende Auswahl.
Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt mit einem hervorragenden Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Ich würde das Baross City Hotel jederzeit Freunden und Kollegen empfehlen und komme gerne wieder.

We are pleased to hear that you found our hotel to be a convenient option for your stay and that, overall, you were satisfied with your experience.

At the same time, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience regarding the bathroom door. Following your comments, we checked the door and confirmed that it closes properly. However, for safety reasons, the bathroom doors are not equipped with locks and therefore cannot be locked with a key from the inside.

We are also sorry that the soap and shampoo dispensers were not properly stocked before your arrival. This does not reflect our usual standards, and we will discuss the matter with our housekeeping team to help prevent similar oversights in the future.

Minden tökéletes volt, egy két dolog volt kevésbé tökéletes. A világítás számomra nem volt megfelelő. Vizsga helyszín közelsége miatt kellett megszállni a szállodában, de a halvány fény a tanuláshoz nem volt megfelelő. Valamint a kézmosó szappan nem volt feltöltve, üres volt. De ezektől eltekintve nagyon jól éreztük magunkat, máskor is menni fogunk.
