A recepción kedves , segítőkész kiszolgálás, a szobában mindennap tiszta törülközőt kaptunk, A reggeli finom volt.

Dear Valued Guest,

Thank you for your feedback. We regret to hear about the issue with the bathroom drain. Our maintenance colleague did check the issue and found it to be functioning properly at the time. We apologize for any inconvenience you experienced.

We also appreciate your comment about the croissants and will look into improving our breakfast offerings.

Your satisfaction is important to us, and we hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a better experience in the future.

With kind regards,
Baross City Hotel***
