I like the location and hospitality of your staff and that is why I often return to your hotel when I am in Budapest. But, there are some issues that I hope you can improve. All the best, Mr Koprivica

Great but, even it was October, the room was cold and the heating off. I asked for extra blanket the second night.

Örömmel olvassuk visszajelzését, mely szerint rövidebb tartózkodására teljes mértékben megfeleltünk, és megnyugtat bennünket, hogy a reggeli kínálata, a Személyzet hozzáállása és a szoba tisztasága is elnyerte tetszését.
