Staff was so helpful and answered every question location is good to very convenient to public transport

We had a booking for 4 nights here but decided to re-book elsewhere, losing our money, but we didn’t feel comfortable staying here with the type of people hanging around the area. Also Reception asked us to hand our keys into them every time we went out, and pick up from them on our return, for security reasons. Reception was on the 5th floor.
Only positive was it’s close to the train station

While the neighbourhood is generally considered convenient due to its proximity to major transport links, we understand that perceptions of comfort and safety can vary from guest to guest.

Regarding the key procedure, we would like to clarify that the request to leave room keys at reception when leaving the hotel is part of our standard security practice, intended to ensure that keys are not lost or misused. We appreciate that this may feel unusual, but it is implemented for guest and property safety.

We are, however, pleased to hear that you found the staff member at reception pleasant and that the cleanliness met your expectations.

Im Großen und Ganzen war es gut für 3 Tage. Für länger waren die Kapazitäten nicht genung gewesen. Aber der Service war sehr gut. Sehr nettes Personal am Empfang.
