Wir haben mit unserem Housekeeping gesprochen, welche uns bestätigt haben, dass Sie leider die "rote Karte" vor Ihrer Zimmertüre hatten - in diesem Falle betritt das Housekeeping das Zimmer nicht. Auch, wenn Ihre Handtücher nicht am Boden liegen sonder noch auf den Aufhängungen bleiben, signalisiert dies nicht den Wunsch nach Austausch. Wir versuchen sehr nachhaltig zu arbeiten.
