Great - I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Innsbruck. The reception staff were exceptional.

We stayed from 18 to 27/february/2017, on #21 double occupancy and #26 triple occupancy.
The hotel exceeded all of our expectations, great location, excellent staff.
We have to thank at first because for nine night staying, we were assigned fantastic spacious rooms, and second because the double one, have to be changed due to one of our group felt claustrophobic on #41, which Oliver did very promptly.
If we go back to Innsbruck for ski holidays, certainly we will stay at Basic, and be sure that the hotel is a good reason to choose Innsbruck. THANK YOU! OBRIGADO!

Alles super - die Zimmer sind modern, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Das Einzige, was uns etwas gestört hat, ist, dass das Badezimmer aus Glas besteht. Wenn man nachts auf Klo geht und das Licht anmacht, ist das Schlafzimmer auch hell erleuchtet, was den Partner stören kann. Außerdem ist das Badezimmer recht hellhörig.
Die Lage, die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter und der Preis sind aber Phänomenal. Nächstes Mal wieder!

Im gesamten ein schönes hotel. Nur etwas überteuert aber das ist ja normal für innsbruck.
