I stayed for three nights at the end of January. The hotel is in a excellent location. It is within 5 minutes walk to the Old Town and the main shopping areas. The bus stop to and from Innsbruck Airport is also within 5 minutes. Very friendly and helpful staff. I had a double room and even though it faced the main street, it was still quiet throughout the night. The room was clean and warm and spacious. The only thing it lacks is a mini-fridge for storing the amazing Tyrolean cheeses and/ or cured meats which one might want to purchase as souvenirs. If I ever return to Innsbruck, Basic Hotel would be my first choice hotel.

Sehr gute Lage....freundliches , zuvorkommendes Personal......Straßenlärm ( bei geöffnetem Fenster )
