I enjoyed our stay a lot. The staff are friendly and helpful , they are willing to return my lost and found item when I contacted them . The view of the room is really impressive, the bed is very comfy. The room and the bathroom are so spacious. I definitely want to come back to this hotel when I visit Innsbruck again.
