danke für Ihre Rückmeldung. Leider ist Ihre Aussage bzgl. Preis nicht ganz korrekt. Sie haben sehr wohl den vereinbarten Preis für die Tagung an der Uni erhalten und dieser wurde auch abgerechnet. Sie haben nur keine Einzelzimmer, sondern Mehrbettzimmer (höhere Kategorie) gebucht.
