We returned after the positive stay of last year. Again we were very satisfied and had a good holiday in Capbreton. Unfortunately for you I do not approve your completely anticipated payment rule since I don't have the habit to pay before receiving a service. It isn't fair for the customer and, under my point of view it means you don't trust your customers. We will be glad to return when you will change your payment policy. After all we drive over 1300 Km to get there and expect to be trusted. Lastly, I suggest you change the chairs in the restaurant, they are too heavy for the majority of the people and make too much noise when moved. Thank you for your attention.

tout est parfait avec un seul petit bémol au niveau de l'attente pour boire un verre chaque soir à l'apéro. !

Bémol pour le petit déjeuner plage horaires trop courte au moins jusqu'à 11h30 minimum pour un buffet
et pas de vrais oeufs brouillés....c'est pas génial...

Unfortunately it was not an ejoyable stay. It was very expensive for the level of service. We left our room key in the car one night and there was a €5 charge if we didn't bring it back. Also to return beach towels for new ones was €2 each! How can you expect guests to stay for 7 nights with the same dirty beach towel?! We stay in Hossegor often and w won't be staying back here again.
