Leider überdeckt das Auschecken nachhaltig. Wenn der Gast das Gefühl hat, es ist eine Zumutung zu zahlen und stört, kommt man nicht wieder. Also wir zumindest. Die Dame bei der Ankunft war sehr freundlich.

Something of a disappointment, compared to several previous visits (most recently a few years ago). Although the food remains excellent, other elements did not fully justify the high price of a EUR 650 package for nibbles & champagne, dinner, bed & breakfast.
The 'Becker's Best' suite (the same we had stayed in previously) looks tired, rather dated to be 'design' for 2022.
The arrival food & drink was not available when we checked in (kitchen closed) - a later time for delivery was advised by phone, but it then arrived over 30 minutes late.
With the exception of the sommelier, who was engaging, entertaining and knowledgeable, the service staff seemed generally disengaged and cold.
Overall, there was more than a hint of penny-pinching. The 'bottle of champagne' included in the package was only a half bottle, and water at dinner was poured rapidly and then charged at EUR 9.50 per bottle... petty examples, but it leaves a bad feeling.
Unfortunately, not sure that we will return, despite some memorable experiences over the last 10+ years...

Lovely hotel - didn''t like the MUSIC (uuuuggghhhhh). Just becuase you like it, doesnt mean that your customers do!
