Noch immer ein Grand Hotel, sehr durchdacht und gästeorientiert; für die Werbung mit Nachhaltigkeit muss noch mehr getan werden, um dieser gerecht zu werden.. Auffällig ist, dass ein Flughafenshuttle extra genannt ist, aber kein Bahnhofshuttle, obwohl man sich nachhaltig draufschreibt und die Anreise per Zug eher unterstützt werden soll, eventuell sogar von den nächsten "Drehbahnhöfen" wie Bozen

Ottimo per il personale, la pulizia, la gentilezza e per la colazione super

La ringraziamo molto per la bellissima valutazione. Il nostro personale si impegna costantemente per offrire un servizio cordiale e gentile, e siamo felici che abbiate avuto un'esperienza positiva con loro.
Il ricco buffet della colazione è un ottimo modo per iniziare al meglio la giornata :)
