Toller Wellnessbereich.

Eine Bitte: Sie könnten die Umwelt entlasten, wenn Sie im Wellnessbereich anstatt der in Plastik verpackten Kunststoffbecher normale Gläser verwenden würden.

Vielen Dank für Ihre geschätzte Bewertung. Sie haben recht, die Umwelt ist wichtig, wir werden Ihren Rat berücksichtigen. Besuchen Sie uns zu Neujahr, wenn der Schnee (wir hoffen!) und die Weihnachtsmärkte die Protagonisten sind :)

Sehr schönes Hotel, besonders der Spa Bereich und das Restaurant im 1. Stock mit Seeblick waren toll. Auch das Zimmer mit Blick auf den See war sehr schön und für Alleinreisende ausreichend groß. Abendessen und Frühstück sehr lecker!

Tutto bene mi piacerebbe che la spa fosse aperta anche la mattina al pomeriggio ci sono troppe persone per la sua dimensione anche se bella

prima di tutto grazie per la Sua valutazione da 10 e lode :)
Al momento al mattino la Spa rimane chiusa al mattino per pulizie, ma terremo senz'altro in considerazione la Sua osservazione per futuri miglioramenti.

Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti sotto tutti gli aspetti, in particolare della cortesia del personale e dei servizi a disposizione degli ospiti. Se torneremo a Levico sarà la prima struttura a cui chiederemo la disponibilità per il nostro soggiorno.

Che meraviglia diventare la prima scelta per i nostri ospiti :) questo ci riempie di gioia! Grazie per il Suo tempo e per le Sue belle parole.
