a little hide-out in the lovely small provencal village of Gassin. Nice rooms with beautiful view, very friendly staf and an excellent provencal cuisine by chef Sylvain Humbert and his charming wife Laurance. Try the Mitonnée de petits poulpes de roche au piment d’Espelette, risotto ‘’Carnaroli’’ as an entree or plat and you will experience an explosion of taste and flavour. This place should be kept as a secret, but of course, we wish Sylvain and Humbert lots of guests and gourmands! À la prochaine!

Toilet seat did not fit.
Price for breakfast unacceptable high.
Rooms too noisy.
