The location was superb and the hotel was quiet and comfortable. The pool was really nice and allowed for relaxing at the end of long days!

Bis auf die wirklich alten Zimmer im Haupthaus war alles top. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Very friendly and cooperative staff, clean and modern rooms with beautiful views, lot of parking space available. Very good wellness hotel 15 minutes away from Zugspitze and Eibsee.

Een heerlijk verblijf in een prachtige omgeving waar wij voor de 2e keer heerlijk hebben genoten en ontspannen. Vriendelijk personeel, lekker eten en drinken, kortom een fijne vakantie om op terug te kijken. Enig minpuntje is dat we moesten betalen om de auto te parkeren, wij vinden, gezien de kamerprijs, dat dat wel inbegrepen moet zijn. Verder niets dan lof!

Überteuertes Hotel mit Mini Zimmern, die mal renoviert werden müssten. Zimmer hatte 35 Grad und es wurde sich nicht drum gekümmert. Tv ging nicht, Telefon auch nicht. Zimmer waren auch nicht sauber. In der Badewanne waren noch die Haare vom Vorgänger. Es war insgesamt alles eine Frechheit. Personal an der Rezeption (Dame am Abend) absolut unfreundlich. Wir werden euch definitiv nicht weiterempfehlen.

I would say not great. Upon entering our room, the toilet seat was broken and the complimentary amenities were lacking. We informed that the toilet seat was broken and the lotion was missing and it took them over an hour to look at it. Additionally, the room they provided was next to where the restaurant workers took break, so it was super noisy and we barley slept as a result. Maybe this was a one off situation but we did not experience a 4 star quality hotel. They did not seem to take my complaint seriously and was a bit dismissive of it stating that all they can do is take off the parking cost. The breakfast and the location so close to Zugspitze were positives though.
