Komme gerne wieder in Ihr Haus. Wahrscheinlich im Spätsommer.
Bei der Anreise um 12.30 sollte m.E. das Zimmer zu beziehen sein. Es war erst ab 14.00 verfügbar.

Ich war mit meinen beiden Söhnen ( 13 + 15 Jahre ) dort und es war für alle eine perfekte Woche.

Das Hotel war gut, aber mir zu anonym.
Mein Mann hatte während unseres Aufenthalts seinen 65. Geb., er wurde
großzügig übersehen!

We came for a 1 night stay and it was in a great location. An easy bus ride from Garmisch train station and is located at the very start of the hike up the Alspitze. After a long day hiking it was nice to come back to a room with a view of the beautiful mountains and dinner in the restaurant. Breakfast was fantastic and included in our room rate. Most staff spoke good English and were very helpful with directions. We would stay here again.

Trotz des kurzen Aufenthalts konnte ich die Annehmlichkeiten des Hauses genießen. Hat mir sehr gut gefallen.

Leider hatte man bei der Zimmerreservierung nicht wie telefonisch besprochen berücksichtigt , das mein Mann sich nur mit Rollator fortbewegen kann. Unser zugewiesenes Zimmer war viel zu klein,denn an keiner Stelle im Zimmer konnte mein Mann mit Rollator sich bewegen.
Die Dame an der Anmemeldung am Samstag hatte Verständnis für meine Reklamation
und hat ihr möglichstes getan und uns
ein wirklich schönes und großes Zimmer zugewiesen. Den Ärger hätten wir uns aber gerne erspart.

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,
vielen Dank für Ihre Bewertung. Wir waren überzeugt, daß die Zimmer im Haupthaus groß genug seien, um sich mit dem Rollator zu bewegen.. Gern haben wir zur Kenntnis genommen, daß ein uneingeschränktes Bewegen erst in den Superior-Zimmern möglich ist! Wir möchten uns auf diesem Wege aufrichtig für die Unannehmlichkeiten entschuldigen!

Terrible last night of our stay - VERY loud music from End Station bar. Time - 2 at night! No one answered phone at the reception. I has to go down twice. At the bar were some people along with hotel staff, drunk. Did not want to make music down. I had to tell them that I will call police. At last I found a receiption manager. She was not cooperative. Only after I told her that I go to police that she went down and managed to make music down.
My night sleep was ruined.
Do not want to come back to this hotel anymore.

thanks for your critique and we are sorry that you had had a bad last night in our hotel. We talked to all the night staff, Christina our Night Audit didn't answer the phone because she was already downstairs in the bar to tell the barkeeper to turn down the music. It must have been a misunderstanding that you felt she wasn´t cooperative because she told us right away in the morning and felt bad about your trouble. The barkeeper offers his appologies and said that there was a birthday group of our guests and nobody noticed how loud the music was until they were told and then he turned it down immediately. It was cooindidence that one other staff member was also in the bar but we assure you it was not a "staff party". It was a birthday party from guests. Again we offer our sincerest appologies and would really hope that you could change your mind and visit again, in which case we will guarantee you one of our most quiet and largest rooms.
