Rundum zufrieden, das Essen war sehr gut

Ideales Hotel für einen Bergurlaub; Aufmerksamkeit des Barpersonals ausbaufähig; ebendo die Dienstleistungsmentalität an der Rezeption, wenngleich das Personal hier sehr sympathisch und freundlich ist

Føn related problems where not easy to solve- thas is almost impossible- for the staff at the station- mostly due to technical challenges. The lifts seem to be too old as well as the services on the slopes are not sufficient. People are nice however, but you need to invest in better material. Conclusion: Your hotel would be -placed in a different setting- a very recommandable family hotel in the alps- that is if you could keep the costs low. However, it isn´t! Therefore we can not recommend it to other skiing families, but it may be interesting for climbing season? You should invest more in the recreational area and provide several quiet rooms with bonfire, so the crowds can split up. The library should have a view to the mountains, too, including game areas and an open fire , re-think the house and think about the old mountain traditions that surround you: stories to be told, knowledge to be aquired, skills to be learned(climbing, knots, weather, green energy in the mountains, etc ) and a guitar on the wall for free use, Keep the spirit of the DAV Hütten. This basics shoulnd´t be excluded from "the crowds". If you think they are not interessted, you might be wrong: Tell the people what they didn´t know they always wanted to see and learn . Get back to the basics of DAV and "nature holidays" , bring it into our time with simple solutions. For instance the spa, if the doors wouldnt have been locked, people would have had the opportunity to go out and go "snow rolling". Or better equiped fitness area with the use of the dead spaces. eg korridors- for simple fitness areas together with mountain excibitions etc. Rethink the heating of the building- any novel tehcnologies you could use. A better insultation? Etc ETc ETC..

Nicht das richtige für uns. Das Essen war gut, der Wellness Bereich schön. Wintersportmöglichkeiten zu gering für uns. Dezember und Januar zu stürmisch, Skibetrieb wurde mehrmals eingestellt. Nicht das, was wir suchten. Freundlichkeit des Personals bleibt weit hinter anderen Hotels/ Pensionen/Restaurants in Österreich zurück.

Super Aufenthalt - obwohl wir zwei Tage von der Außenwelt abgeschnitten waren - Sturm und kein Lift - das Personal und die Leitung haben dies größtenteils super kompensiert mit Tanzkurs, Kinderdisco etc... wir kommen jederzeit gerne wieder :-)

Enttäuschend! Wenn man weiß, dass einige Pisten immer erst Mitte bis Ende Januar geöffnet werden, da vorher die nötigen Schneehöhen nicht erreicht werden, kann man nicht damit werben, dass ab dem 21.12. beste Skibedingungen vorliegen!!!!

Insgesamt ein sehr schönes Hotel, sehr kinderfreundlich. Leider ist das umliegende Skigebiet sehr übersichtlich.

Für Skiurlaub nicht empfehlenswert: Leider sind die Liftanlagen total veraltet (Langsamer Doppel-Sessellift ohne Haube, langsame Gondel) so dass der Aufenthalt mit Kindern im Winter viel zu kalt/windig ist. Es sollte dringend in die Liftanlagen investiert werden, sonst bringt das schönste Hotel nichts.

sehr freundliches Personal trotz der Größe, leider nur ausländisches Personal, deshalb kam keine heimische Athmosphäre auf. Würde aber wieder kommen!

Trotz Orkan vor der Tür und reduziertem Skierlebnis da die Lifte gesperrt waren, haben wir unsere Aufenthalt über Weihnachten sehr genossen.
