the location/nature is wonderful, lifts and slopes were good, very friendly for children. unfortunately, the weather was bad during my stay. poor Intenet/wifi signal/capacity (esp. needed during bad weather); hot water for tea should be available whole day

Very nice location and unforgettable scenic, but the staff must bee changed. L read on Internett that they said friendly staff, the didn't want too talk to us, and they know absolute nothing about mountain, snow, skiing or outdoor subject. We asked about weather forecast and lavin warnings, and they didn't even answer us.
