Staff were all eager to help and provide us with a good experience. Especially professional is the front desk and restaurant manager.

Our room was upgraded unexpectedly and we were very grateful to have this spacious room with a beautiful view. This was a wonderful way to end our first trip to beautiful Switzerland!
