Insgesamt sehr gut - das Zimmer war bequem und geräumig, und ich fand es gut, dass es keine automatische Reinigung gab (aber die Mülleimer wurden geleert, das ist sehr nett).

Disappointing Stay – Poor Service and Inconvenient Experience

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was quite disappointing.
Throughout my stay, I repeatedly had to request basic amenities that should have been provided automatically. Housekeeping took away used towels but never replaced them, which meant I had to call the front desk—very inconvenient. Shockingly, no drinking water or bathrobe was provided upon check-in. I only realized these were supposed to be complimentary after seeing another guest wearing a robe and noticing the "complimentary water" label. Even then, I had to ask for them myself.

Only one small bottle of water was provided for three days, which is hard to justify. On the first day, I even had to go down to the reception to get water myself, and instead of offering help, the staff directed me to a far-off store called Penny, ignoring the fact that there was a supermarket much closer.

One of the worst parts: the bed sheets had visible stains that were not changed, and I had to sleep on them for a whole night. That is completely unacceptable.

Breakfast was also disappointing—staff never asked if I wanted coffee, and I had to ask for it myself. It felt more like a chore than a relaxing meal. While the hotel is located in a quiet residential area, it is not very accessible. You need to take a bus from the station and walk about 10 minutes, which is not ideal.

Thankfully, I received a small discount due to attending a conference, but I would never pay full price for this level of service.
