It was a lovely experience.

Except, we were told at check in and 1st day morning, snacks, mini bar, pastries and coffee/ tea were included.
At our check out, the receptionist had to credit our drinks as I reminded him.

Perhaps a better more clarity in communication would be appreciated.

Otherwise, the day and evening gentlemen receptionist were very welcoming and attentive.

Fantastic. Possibly the best hotel I've ever stayed in. The staff was exceptional, so nice and helpful. Highly recommend !!!!!!!!!!

It was very good. The main surprising element is the entrance to the hotel.

It is an excellent boutique hotel and it was a great stay! My only critique is the entrance of the hotel. Since it is a shared building, it's not very well marked and doesn't exactly give you the feeling of entering a luxury hotel.
