We had a wonderful stay. The staff were always very friendly and helpful. They took small details into account. The atmosphere was calm and unhurried and we especially enjoyed our breakfasts.

In der Nacht leider sehr laut bis in die Morgenstunden.

Liebe Frau Markl,

vielen Dank, dass Sie sich die Zeit für eine Bewertung genommen haben. Es tut uns leid, dass Sie die Nacht als zu laut empfunden haben. Wie bereits während Ihres Aufenthalts mit Ihnen besprochen, fand an diesem Abend das WM Fußballspiel statt, wodurch es in der Umgebung leider bis in die frühen Morgenstunden lebhafter als gewöhnlich war.

Wir bedauern, dass dies Ihre Nachtruhe beeinträchtigt hat, und hoffen, Sie dennoch bei einem zukünftigen Aufenthalt von unserem Haus unter ruhigeren Bedingungen überzeugen zu dürfen.

After my train was cancelled two days before getting there, I had no way to get there and I was charged the full amount for the room. The hotel did not care that it was beyond my control I will choose a better hotel next time I get to go to Munich. Travel insurance is a must if you want to stay here

Outstanding, The location is great just 1 minute walking to Marineplatz. Staff were friendly and provide everything we asked.

For sure 10 out of 10.
