Tolles Hotel mit eher nüchternem und wenig einladendem Eingang (schwer zu finden). Ausgezeichnete Lage. Als Empfehlung für Parking: Hofbräu Haus Conti Parking (ja nicht Rindermarkt Parkhaus!). Frühstück und -zeiten perfekt.

vielen Dank für Ihre ausführliche und differenzierte Rückmeldung. Es freut uns sehr, dass Sie unsere ausgezeichnete Lage sowie unser Frühstück und die flexiblen Frühstückszeiten positiv hervorheben. Auch Ihren Hinweis zu den Parkmöglichkeiten nehmen wir gerne zur Kenntnis.

Gleichzeitig bedauern wir sehr, dass Sie mit einigen Aspekten Ihres Aufenthalts nicht zufrieden waren. Besonders Ihre Hinweise zu den fehlenden Ablagemöglichkeiten, der geringen Anzahl an Kleiderbügeln sowie zur nicht funktionierenden Minibar nehmen wir sehr ernst. Dass die Minibar trotz Ihrer Hinweise nicht in Ordnung gebracht wurde, entspricht selbstverständlich nicht unserem Anspruch an einen guten Service. It was a lovely experience.

Except, we were told at check in and 1st day morning, snacks, mini bar, pastries and coffee/ tea were included.
At our check out, the receptionist had to credit our drinks as I reminded him.

Perhaps a better more clarity in communication would be appreciated.

Otherwise, the day and evening gentlemen receptionist were very welcoming and attentive.

Thank you for taking the time to share your impressions with us. We are delighted to hear that your stay was so positive overall and that you particularly appreciated the warm hospitality of our reception team and the modern room design with its special view.

Fantastic. Possibly the best hotel I've ever stayed in. The staff was exceptional, so nice and helpful. Highly recommend !!!!!!!!!!

Only issue was I wish there was some sort of coffee maker in room
